No es para que se tome esta respuesta como autoridad, pero tengo entendido de que la organización QUEBRANTÓ LA LEY de ese estado en particular porque NO DENUNCIÓ ALGO QUE ERA SU OBLIGACIÓN LEGAL DENUNCIAR SI ESTABA ENTERADA (porque es una organización que trata con menores) y hay evidencia suficiente en los papeles del comité de expulsión del viejo ese. Ahí está el punto, no cumplieron con su dichoso César, con el que se llenan siempre la boca...cumplieron con el viejo Sexar.
