The trial against the AEVTJ (Spanish Association of Victims of Jehovah's Witnesses) has ended.


We left happy after the final statements. Natálya, Ángel, Mayte, and Gloria have been 10 telling what they have lived inside the Jehovah's Witnesses.

Carlos asked for the dismissal of the lawsuit and our right to criticize and inform, telling with facts what we have lived. The prosecutor made it clear that the religious confession of Jehovah's Witnesses has the right to honor. But the Spanish association of victims of Jehovah's Witnesses has the right to freedom of information and freedom of expression, because we have been truthful in our criticisms. Therefore, the prosecutor understands that the right to honor has not been violated. And dismissed the lawsuit filed by the TCJ.
