Creo que te refieres al Watchtower Library Mobile, una versión para PDA´s y celulares con Os Windows Mobile.Acompañaba la instalción del WTL desde 2009 hasta 2014, en 2015 dejó de venir en el CDROM. Yo lo instale en dos aparatos en mi tiempo, un motorola y un HTC.Esta versión acompañaba el instaldor del cd rom, para instalar en las microsd de dichos dispositivos y correrlo en windows mobile.Creo que funcionó hasta el os 7, ya en el 8 dejó de ser compatible y no lo actualizaron.
Así que el WT Reader no es el WT Mobile.
